The School of Nursing is committed to providing the assistance you need to take full advantage of your education and be successful. Academic advising is an important service offered to you. You will be assigned an adviser from the faculty in the School of Nursing when you begin your first semester.

Consider your academic adviser as a mentor available through the academic year to provide information and explanations about course content and selection of elective courses. Your initiative and cooperation in seeking guidance from your academic adviser will optimize your chances for academic success.
