Olivian Society

The Olivian Society is the organization for Graduate Nursing Students. The purpose of this organization is to (1) maintain communication among students, faculty, and administration of the School of Nursing, and (2) to promote professional, personal, social, and spiritual growth of members.

Sister Olivia Gowan was the first dean of the School of Nursing and served as dean for 23 years. The Olivian Society embraces her vision and dedication to continuing education, research and practice for advancing the nursing profession.
